To open an account with JW88, accurate and complete information must be provided. The name, address, phone number, and email submitted at registration must all be truthful. JW88 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be immediately suspended and any balances and bonuses held within them will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact JW88 support immediately.

• It is advisable to submit KYC documents within 30 days of registration.
• Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• Contact our support team to update your account information.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.

Users must be a minimum age of 18 years old Users must meet the minimum age requirement. Account registration and betting by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account holder is found to be under 18, all transactions on that account will be voided and deposits may not be refunded.

Users must be legally permitted to place bets under the local laws of the region where JW88 operates. If online betting is prohibited in your country or region, you are advised not to use JW88.

JW88 may request an ID card, passport, or other documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents upon request may result in account suspension.

Once confirmed on JW88, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless special permission is granted by the platform. Make sure you are satisfied with the odds and market before placing your bet.

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or left unresolved, the stake is generally refunded. However, in exceptional circumstances, JW88's decision will be considered final.

• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits are set individually for each market and event.
• Live Betting: Odds fluctuate during live matches. JW88 is not liable for unconfirmed bets caused by connectivity issues.
• System Bet: For accumulator bets, each selection is settled independently.
• Odds Changes: Odds do not change once a bet is confirmed.
• Erroneous Odds: JW88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a clear technical error.

Any user found engaging in betting fraud, match fixing, or other dishonest conduct will have their account permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

All bonuses and promotional offers at JW88 come with their own terms. Reading the relevant terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered at a specified multiplier (typically 10x–30x) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
